I typically use a different location but after a less than helpful call I looked at the Highlands. Zach answered immediately and was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. Aaron picked me up and was very professional and courteous. This is the best experience I’ve had renting a car ever, and I’ve had quite a few. There was no wait, the tech for the agreement was super easy and straightforward and drop off was so simple. Thank you to the Highlands team for being so wonderful to work with!

Because of protesters, E. Is storing their vehicles elsewhere on the weekend, so call first just to make sure they're back in stock.nThey practice social distancing, but scheduling your arrival helps with standing in line. They are fast, too. I was done and out of there in 10 minutes.
I didn't like when the oil light coming on all the ! I call and tell them but that is okay and it has not been reset I got the car as soon as they brought it in it with no backing out ! The back tried. Keep going low. But that all about the bad ! It was a good ride
