Being a VIP member for 4 years has been a pleasant experience. I am always greeted with my name upon walking in the door. The team there has always tried to accommodate me if possible. I am glad to be dealing with the professional team the Crittenden Drive location always presents. I’ve never had any problems and would refer anyone there. Keep up the good professional attitude and work.

This was my first time renting from this location(Crittenden drive)picked up my rental,smooth transaction, but clearly was given the most raggedy car on the lot. I was in a hurry upon arrival,so didn't have time to make a fuss about it . My car had front end damage n scratches,maintenance lights on the dash,this location had no after hours drop off available,which was a huge inconvenience no doubt .I'll be polite and give this location 2 stars,next time I'll drive the extra miles and go to the location I usually rent from(Taylorsville road)the up side to it all is I was blessed to get good customer service both in and out so I'm thankful for that.

I was treated rudely by the manager. I wanted to use my debit card for my reservations. The budget system would not allow me to, system request a credit card. I don't do credit cards, so I proceeded to ask if there were other payment options. He belittled me by talking down to and told me my busy was any good with Budget Avis car rental that she was the manager since 2017 and that the decision was final.nI was embarrassed but still maintained a professional attitude, I so wish she would have provided better customer service.nIt's funny, I rented a few since cars since 2017 with same debit card.nTerrible experience!!!☹

Charged me 75 dollars but I never picked up the truck. I canceled a couple of hours after making a reservation. I was told I’ll be able to move but the apartment changed my move date. Never buy from this place again.

Jennifer at desk was very helpful after I made appoint ment online to pick up car at airport. I do not live or carry credit cards and louisville airport will not allow you to rent with debit( even if prepaid online) if you are local, only if you flew in. So I went to this location. Again jennifer was very helpful and help resolve a few issues we were having instead of just giving a bad answer. Thank you again
