Employees need to be re-educated on their policies!! One says one thing, The next will say something different. I asked to speak to a manager, was told hold on she's busy. SAME employee comes back 10 minutes later saying her manager won't be in for a few hours. Thanks to this company my father was stranded At the airport for 5 hours and management had a poor attitude arguing with him. I'm done with hertz
Impossible to do anything with this location. They don't answer the phone. Just rings for ever
This lady is very very slow and putting me on hold for 5 times within 10 minutes. Very very weird customer service.
