It was great for me, good car good attention. I had to rent a car due to having been in an accident which left my car undrivable and I called the Enterprise branch on Preston Hwy in Louisville. Within 30 minutes I had a clean rental and it even was in the color I wanted. Customer Service was wonderful. They worked directly with my insurance as soon as it was figured out which insurance was going to pay for it. I never paid a dime and they were very understanding about the initial insurance confusion. When I was finally able to get my car again, all I did was drop it off at the body shop I had my repairs done and that's all. I have been an Enterprise customer before and will definitely stay with them.
