Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Although there’s a shortage of available vehicles to rent, not just at this brand or this location, but everywhere around here. this Enterprise went the extra mile. They made something out of nothing. No one gave me any false promises. They told me the situation, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and kept saying ‘stay with us a little bit longer’. And, I’m glad I did. The staff at this Enterprise gave me what I wanted and gave me the choice of several vehicles that fit my needs. I appreciate all the great service from beginning to end! Thanks!

I would have given you guys 5 stars because my mom was in an accident and was renting for a month. When she came in to do her rewrite she was put out of the car over a technical era. She had already made a deposit and they were trying to charge her another deposit and the day she was put out was already paid for. It was sick that she had already paid and had the car for 4 weeks already and she had to pack all of her bags out because she was headed to work for 7 days. Then she had to call in to her care taking job because of this place!

I had to do a vehicle swap and the staff here made the exchange an easy process. I had very minimal wait time. The guy that did the walk around was very professional and did a complete job. He made sure to note the existing scuffs and showed me where he documented it so that I would not be held accountable. The car was almost as impressive as agent. The detailer at this location had the car almost as clean as a new car. This has been the cleanest rental I ever picked up. This was the best rental experience I've had in a long time.

Awesome experience. Very friendly staff. Always professional. Great at helping me understand the rental and charges. The only negative I could possibly say is, when I arrived the parking lot was full, and I wasn't sure if I needed to go in or wait outside. They may want to consider expanding their parking lot i wouldn't want to hit anything in that BEAUTIFUL RENTAL!! IBWILL DEFIANTLY RENT FROM THEM AGAIN, THEY ARE WORTH THE FEW MIRE MINUTES DRIVE!

I didn’t like that we had to stand outside to do business at this place. I understand the reasoning however there was no other customers inside. It didn’t make any sense. The car was nice (new and in good shape) however there were signs of smoking and it wasn’t clean.
