This location is very efficient! The staff provides excellent customer service and are always willing to go above and beyond. I use this location regularly and have never had an unpleasant experience.

I've rented twice in 2 weeks. first time, wasn't very happy. my rental wasn't there for 8 am like it was supposed to be. and it was raining outside, and i wasn't allowed to wait inside. i stood under an awning for 30 minutes. my 2nd rental was much better. maybe because i called the Saturday before and asked to make sure it was there Monday morning. it was there and i was given a truck, so bonus for me. i will continue to rent from the Prairieville office but probably call to ensure my rentals are ready for Monday mornings when i need it.
