Complete auto is phenomenal. They have really worked with me when I fell behind in payments and when my car needed to be repaired and I didn’t have all the money they helped set up a payment plan that worked for me and still got my car fixed fast. Tommy is a God send. So helpful and nice. He cooperated with me when someone stole my tire found me a tire fast and replaced it in 5 minutes. I don’t know what I’d have done without him.

We recently purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain from big dealer, then 2mos after it was Totaled. When the Loan was paid off, I tried contacting them and at least SIX other big dealers, that assured they could help but my credit and lack of a $1500-$3000 down payment they didn't want to help.nnI found Complete Autos and talked with Dustin and he assured me they could (which is what the other dealers said). When I went to the KC Office I met with Maria and checked a couple vehicles and was able to COMPLETE a Purchase !!! Thanks Everyone !!nnWe got a car with a lower interest rate than I would get anywhere else, which saves us money, and a shorter term loan which also helps and even an included a 3yr 36k Mile Warranty thanks!!nnWe will be back for sure, and will NEVER EVER go to a BIG Dealer again!!!
