Went to enterprise this morning. Had a reservation there but they seemed to be understaffed and could have cared less about my time. Ended up waiting and waiting...I called Hertz and they said they could get me donated away quickly. They had me in and out in no time. The person I dealt with understands customer service...which is more than I can say for enterprise. Absolutely love Hertz!
Very fast and efficient service. Friendly staff
Combative. Did not advise that a commercial van is on credit card ONLY. Not able to split. If AAA sends you here do not go!
Could not get a one way car.
Service was great and simple. We booked through Priceline. The only thing is that the rental car was not ready when we got here. We had to wait about 30 minutes.
