I'm not one to leave bad reviews but feel compelled by my experience today. The person I dealt with felt it necessary to be rude and dismissive while choosing to be difficult which left my parents and two children stranded on a minor technicality. Something that had never been an issue when renting a car in the past. She could have cared less and clearly did not want to help. It was near closing time so I have to assume she just wanted to go home. Next call is to corporate to file a formal complaint. On top of that, the place was very rundown. I will never go back and will probably never rent from enterprise again due to my experience today. It was that bad.

BE AWARE of this location and this company’s integrity overall.nni picked up the car in a day with overcast weather, i did not noticed the car had a small shattered behind the rear view mirror, the car had water spots on top of the windshield when i picked it up and i just thought of it as water, as soon as noticed it was shattered i took it to a professional so they could make sure it wouldn’t expand they told me i was ok because they had already applied resin to it and it was not going to expand therefore i should not worry about getting a ticket if pulled over.nWhen i dropped it off at the airport, of course they blame me for it and i just think that how shady they can be instead of being up front with me about the damage, if i caused the damage i would own to it and still i did because i will pay for it at the end, but that shows you the type of integrity that this company has.nWhen i call about details about the claim all of a sudden they don’t keep records of repaid being made to their vehicles ??? i will never used them again.

The car was absolutely spotless very clean thoroughly very pleasant and a very comfortable Vehicles the staff at both locations Cleveland Georgia and Gainesville Georgia were absolutely superb very friendly answered every question to the point walk you through everything on the cars and explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend Enterprise Porsche or to everybody at work and home they're absolutely nice well-maintained cars. I would definitely say Enterprise is top-notch with your vehicles very well-maintained and I give you five stars for sure and I like to thank you very much for an awesome experience with you. Who will be seeing my business again absolutely. Thank you very much for the great experience.
