I been renting from the Lilburn location monthly since about August of 2020 and I LOVE them. They are never crowded when I go there and the guy that usually helps me is awesome. I hate I forget his name but he wears glasses. Anyway, the customer service there is great. I live kinda far from that location but go just because of the experience there. And they are prompt with releasing your deposit too. They do their best to get you in something you like and want. Returns are a breeze and never a hassle getting you in something and on your way. If you have an issue with anything they take care of it.
The staff at Killian Hill/Hwy 78 are exceptionally polite and professional. They are always very helpful. However, after faithfully renting for almost 36 months, Enterprise prices had increased to the point that it became prohibitive to continue renting from Enterprise. Therefore, I was reluctantly forced to take my business to a competitor. The manager attempted to work out a better rate but he told me that corporate denied all attempts. Too bad as I was probably the easiest and most faithful customer that Enterprise ever had.

I had issues with my rental vehicle, issues she quickly resolved... her willingness to be proactive was greatly appreciated... as it was urgent that she do so, and do so in short order!!! they deducted money from my account without me knowing and gave me a rental with damages on it but it was dark and i couldnt see any damages. i am getting a lawyer as we speak to dispute this and they treat other color people nice if u get my drift i wouldnt dare rent from them ever
I LOVE this location and its staff. Always so accommodating, This is the only company and location I'll rent from.
