This guy also is a slumlord.. he basically took $1600 from us for a property he owns at 4397 Cary Dr. Snellville. He pretended this was one of the best rental units around. While painters where there putting fresh coats of paint on the wall. He rented this unit that had rats and roaches running around. And the icing on the cake is the previous tenants were meth addicts. The house has never been cleaned properly or professionally after they left. Causing us to get so sick we only stayed in the house for 1 week and had to move all our things to storage.nIm 3 months pregnant and he knew all of this before we signed the lease.nNow he hides and will not answer the phone to avoid contact with the tenants he stiffed out of $1600
Horrible disgusting avoid any dealings with Mike stieb owner of this company and properties.He is a dirt ball. Did not even clean barf out of car. Gross
