Rented a 15 passenger van for my husband's 50th birthday to travel to Biloxi, MS this past weekend. A lady ran a red light and crashed into us on Saturday. We called Budget immediately and no one would assist us. They told us that we had to call this local office for assistance to get another vehicle to get home on Sunday but the office was closed. We had to stay another night at the hotel. I called the local office first thing Monday morning, told the representative what happened and she put me on hold to transfer me to a manager. The phone disconnected and they have not answered the phone since. It's now Tuesday morning and they still will not answer the phone or call me back. They left us stranded. I will NEVER rent from Budget again!! I finally called my insurance company and they got us a car from Enterprise and we made it home. Budget still will not answer my phone calls. Just awful customer service and they didn't seem to care about our situation. The worst rental experience ever!
I had a wonderful experience at Budget Rental! I was able to pickup and drop off at different locations to get the vehicle needed. Keviah @ Snellville was very friendly and the Ladies @ Lavista was very accommodating! Thank you all for such superior service upon my 1st experience with Budget Car Rental! I most definitely recommend these two locations and look forward to booking my next reservation with Budget!
