If I get one person to read this and they rent somewhere else, I'll feel like I have done a good deed. Made reservations for a full-sized SUV on January 23rd. I made the reservation for March 29th. Avis called me 2 weeks before my reservation date to confirm I was still renting. I told them yes I'll be there. Was supposed to pick the SUV up at 12 noon. I called at 10:30 to see if I could come early. They told my it would be at least noon. I called at noon. Guess what. no SUV. They told me there were some comming in should be in around 1pm. I called at 1 and nothing was there. Of course the manager is not there and they said they would call me back in 10 minutes. I called back at 1:50 they said it would be at least 3 IF any came in. I politely expressed my feeling and hung up. Garbage. Miss managed. 3rd rate rental company.
Took no time to get and check in the car. Car immaculate
This is our go-to facility for car rentals. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. We have always been satisfied with our cars and pickup & return could not be easier! Always the easiest part of our vacation planning :)
Nice people but way too expensive to rent a car unless you have a corporate account.
