I reserved a 12 foot truck from them a couple days ago. The morning of my reservation (3 hours before I’m suppose to pick up my truck) they call me and tell me that they don’t have my size truck. They offered me a 26 foot truck. I have neither driven nor feel comfortable driving such a truck. They located a 16 foot truck from a city 1 hour away from me and expected me to drive there to pick it up. I just went to Uhaul and rented a truck the same day. The customer service agents were nice but the business structure is horrible and I will never rent from budget because of this experience.
Had a reservation at 8am had to wait about 20 mins because no one was at the front desk..
Great experience. Didnt know they held $100 if you book online until i got to the counter but other than that no problem at all. Wish customers who needed extended days got a discount or had a customer rewards card. Would recommend.
Terrible experience. What's the point of making a reservation? Didn't have what I reserved online several days in advance. Nor did they have the hand truck or other moving supplies (also reserved) . U-Haul will get my business next time.
Customer representative was not very polite at all. Did not check out the car or gas with me when I picked up but did have me sign that we did checkout....only to find out she owned the store. Won't be back therenALSO WILL NOT BE USING BUDGET ANYMORE IN THE FUTURE....OVERNIGHT DROP-OFF is no longer available
