Lance made getting me in a rental on Saturday quick and easy. I was concerned because I had an accident late Friday evening and my insurance adjuster wouldn’t be in until Monday. But he made the process extremely smooth with just my insurance card. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but the new management is definitely on top of things. Thank you Lance!

My experience was great, the employees that helped me while picking up and dropping off were very nice and got me in and out very quickly. I came to pick my rental up as soon as they opened and the car was ready to go. The only small issue I have was having to pay almost $100 to add my boyfriend as a driver. When I rented from Hertz last year, the Bardstown road location told me there was no fee to add him. So I expected the same this time. So a $100 difference on my bill was a little upsetting. But other than that the service was great.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with car rental. Ramone was very professional and extremely helpful to make sure we had a vehicle that met my family’s needs.nPrices and vehicle selection were very competitive, especially considering that the rental was over a holiday weekend. I will certainly look to this Hertz location again first the next time I need a rental vehicle.

They were out of cars when i got there. I booked a full size and they want to give me jeep wrangler. To them was an upgrade, to me jeep wrangler not for travel. Its for off roads. So yes. If i am planning to go off road, i will consider that an upgrade.nnAfterward they had to upgrade me to a mini van which i absolutely loved. That i call an upgrade.nnThank you
