Had a wonderful experience renting a car with them for our vacation. I had to wait just a little when picking up, but not too long. They where very quick and efficient, I was in my car and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. The car itself was in good condition, very clean and full tank of gas. Dropping the car off was even easier. I was very happy with how they are handling social distancing, and everyone was wearing their masks. I will gladly use their services again the next time I need to rent a car.

Routine, frequent customer of Enterprise. Typically, you can expect timely, quality service to meet your needs and expectations. However, more than occasionally, services have been dragged, and cleanliness of vehicles has become questionable. This is especially true with the East Louisville location. I've engaged with the site manager time to time who has been helpful and attentive. Regardless, clearly a difference of professionalism and quality of vehicles from airport hub to EL hub.

On time, what we had reserved, quick delivery. Great vehicle. Very easy drop off, and no surprises when we returned it. Very happy with service, and very convenient to where I live.

We had a reservation and it was confirmed. But when we showed up we were treated like walk ups. They told us they have to look to see what they had available. They guy we talked to had to go ask the manager to see what he can give us. Like Hell, the reservation is suppose to lock in a car for us.
