This is about the 3rd time renting from this company. And I will say they have a great staff and so far the cars I have received have been superb. Thank you for a great rental experience.
If I could tell you how horrible the service is at this location!!! Simply horrible! There are never any cars at this location and they have made me late twice saying that they have cars available and they don't. They don't call you and tell you that the car isn't in... they let you waste time! I will NEVER recommend Enterprise rentals!!!!!
I rent frequently from this location. They are always on top of things. Cars are always clean and staff is friendly. Only thing I would suggest is for them to clean windshields better. Mine are always smudged with dash cleaner.
Assistant manager was extremely rude and obviously didn't want my business. I will not return to this location for future rentals.
Was suppose to have a rental van reserved. Got up there and didn't not have. Will never rent from here again
