Always get exceptional customer service from this store. I have rented from the other place in town and my first choice is always Hertz. The rental cars and cost are comparable to competiton, but this store has a great staff that have always gone above and beyond to make sure I have a nice car at a fair price and ready by the reservation time.
The team here is great to work with. They are friendly and go above and beyond to assure great customer service. As a regular customer using for business travel, I appreciate their quick and easy process.
