Very poor service, we thought receiving a dirty car would be the worst part of it but ohhhhh we were wrong. When we went to return the car we came to a sign that said location was closed. We received no notice or direction on what to do next. We called the 1800 number provided and after around one hour and thirty minutes later they provided one solution and that was to drive 45 minutes away and then have a 6 hour walk back to our on hotel otherwise we would get charged for another day. Obviously not wanting to waist a day on the beach or get charged extra we opted for own option and called the roadside assistance to come tow it which luckily we had paid the extra cost for. Absolute terrible customer service all the way around and absolute no sympathy for our situation which leads me to believe it has happened before. Never never never rent from Hertz. Even the tow truck operator said this was not the first time.

We booked a car from Priceline. There was no car waiting for us, and noone cared enough to let us know. When we got there 5 more people were in the same situation. They told us we can switch to a different agency but I will have to pay more money. Get it? I just paid for Uber, they wasted 2 hours of my life, and asked me to use another Uber just to pay them more money for their mistake. The guy at the agency asked me which car I ordered as if it means something, I just took the first car that came. Needless to say it wasn't cleaned well.nDON'T GO THERE!

Awesome location. Incredible customer service. Oscar really goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect for each and every customer!! Will definitely be renting from here again.

I have a reservation, however when I got there, the staff told me that there was no available car for me. I had a trip to go but thanks to hertz, coulldn’t make it. The staff was so rude and unprofessional.nIt was a terrible experience. Never ever try to rent a car from them.
