While they did not have the car I reserved, they explained why (Sunday, only Enterprise open) abd they gave me a good deal on the minivan. Super happy. Also, she said I looked like Stone Cold, which always gets me to smile. ud83dudcaf Would recommend again.

This is the Best Location to rent your vehicle. Our company have been here for yours and we always get great service. I must say the Manager Terry always impressed me with her problem solving. I make sure I complete everything online and it will minimize the concerns onsite.nTerry and her team is always there to help me and provide excellent service.

I always have a great experience when I pick up my vehicle at the North Miami Location.nMarcus and Tevaris is great. I never have a problem when I pick up my vehicle they are always there to help. Excellent customer service all the time. Superb!! They go above and beyond to provide the vehicle I want if they do not have it at the branch. I cannot complain.

We rent cars often with our business so it’s detrimental that the rental service experience is seamless. Thank God for North Miami Enterprise, Terry and the entire team of professionals. They have literally gone out of their way to make sure we are always good. Not all rental locations are created equal. Highly recommended!

We chose the we pick you drive and the associate on the phone assured us that they would provide the best car available. We got to the rental shop and they provided us a car that smelled like smoke, after 10 minutes of driving my throat was burning from smelling it, the car was dirty, and the employees were careless. I usually recommend enterprise to my family and business associates but after this experience I will not be doing so. I paid about $100/day (with full coverage insurance) for one week and to provide me with a compact car that was not in clean condition was very disrespectful.
