Rented a car through the Enterprise App. Transaction was smooth. The staff at this location were great. This location gets pretty busy, I suggest booking rentals online beforehand. I’ve been using Enterprise for a while now and they’ve been great.

Enterprise is the worst company, if I could I would have given them NO STARS, at all. This location has not existed for over a year, not only have they not updated it. They have no clue we’re the new location is, which is supposed to be a block away. The phone number listed will route you to Alamo, this is beyond ridiculous. They are clueless and incapable of doing their job. I called 800 number and the branch on Alton Road both left me on hold forever and then hung up on me.nnI finally found the branch, they were just as useless. When I asked why the address and phone number wasn’t changed online. The answer was “I don’t know”, “if I worked for IT I wouldn’t be here. “ So, on top of being clueless they are rude. Do yourself a favor do not put yourself through this ordeal.

I have reserved the car. When I came to pickup it was long line. After waiting more then two hours the guy came out and said he has no more cars. Nobody should stay and wait. He canceled around 40 reservations.nI have called enterprise, customer service is so poor they didn't really want to help. It looks like enterprise is taking reservations for the cars that actually they don't have. Because of this enterprise's lie i lost so much my time and money and Nobody cares. I hope they will get bankrupt soon.nStay away from these crooks!
