I needed a rental while my car was in the shop and I have a big family so I needed a big car. They hooked me up with a nice one! Mr. Conklin took care of me at pick up as well as at drop off and this man works hard and is obviously great at his job! Thank You if I ever need a rental car again you will have my business and I will recommend to all my friends and family!

They told me I had young person deductible of $200. Cool I get it back once I turned in the vehicle. Paid for the extra time which came off my card I’m sitting waiting for my $200 back and get told I can’t get it back because I kept it longer which it was paid for off my card. No one informed or let me know “hey your deductible isn’t coming back because you kept a day or two later than what it was supposed too.” I’d stick with the Elizabethtown one and not these people.
