Budget Car Rental

Some of the women at the desk need to learn and know how to talk to and communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner, just rude for no reason. The owner is a nice person. The female staff are more concerned about their long fake unprofessional nails. Just ghetto, country, good and ratchet. Other than that, it was great.

Been on the phone for hours trying to extend a rental. I keep getting transferred. Ive spoken to about 6 people so far.

The process was easy and efficient. This location is also well run.

Terrible customer service! If I could give it no stars then I probably would. We had to wait 2 hours just to pick up our car as all the cars were apparently running late. We tried to ask for an update due to this unexpected delay but the teller aggressively resufed while telling us what she had. Overall terrible experience.
