Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Quick, efficient service. Even got a free upgrade because they didn't have what I had requested.

My experience was really bad at then7919 West broad street , Henrico branch . I was given a Toyota 2021 car as my car was in a service station . The enterprise employee came to my collision center and within 2 mins of quick tour said car is fine and gave me the key room my credit card details . The car was ok ... I didn’t drive it for 5 days, maybe around 50 miles just to get groceries or gym . After 5 days my car was ready , I asked enterprise branch how should I return the vehicle and they said you can park it at the collision center .I did the same . After 15 hrs of returning the vehicle the same employee calls me and says , you have scratched the headlight . I said i didn’t see any scratches when I returned the car , and how can u blame it on me after 15hrs . Anyone could have done it during the night ... why didn’t you tell me to park it at your office . He didn’t agree , he was also rude , he said you have done it . I denied , as I had left the car in mint condition. He said he would send pictures , but he didn’t and charged my card . I don’t know where is the scratch , it might be an old one , they are making easy money during the pandemic. I don’t know how do they sleep at night by these unethical claims.nnI also called their claims department, their branch in charge but it was also in vain , no one picked up the call . They couldn’t dispute the falls claim . The branch doesn’t pick up the call anymore .nnMake sure you take 30 mins to check your car before taking it and spend 30 mins before returning it .and keep pictures of the car with u ... don’t trust them blindly .

Comfortable cars to rent and I like to drive their jeeps. They are so well fashioned

Enterprise came to the car dealership where I was at, introduction was pleasant, asked how long I needed the rental for, went through the walk-throughs/inspecting the vehicle, signed the agreement, and I was on my way. Excellent experience.

Had some body work done at Local body shop. Enterprise came and picked me up minutes within me calling them. The gentleman who picked me up was wonderful, opened and closed the doors for me as I entered and exited the van. Another gentleman assisted me with my check-in and he was AWESOME. I wasn’t happy with size of car, he asked what size car, when I told him a Nissan Versa, he checked to see if one was available and it was. Customer service and his knowledge of car ... 2 thumbs up.
