Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented the car in Richmond. The person there did not inspect the car and said I am good to go.nWhen I returned the car at Pittsburgh, the guy there was inspecting inch by inch. Even though, I returned the car in a perfect condition, the guy said that some fender is loose and I need to pay for it. Even though it was in the same condition as it was when I received it, he just wanted to charge me for no reason. I had complete damage waiver luckily.nnBeware, these guys don't seem to be genuine as they advertise. I was loyal to Enterprise for many years just for them to cheat me

Gave me a Camry rental with very visible damage. I returned the car and they tried to charge me for the damage. I had to make multiple calls to get this corrected. The selection is also limited. I also no longer feel that its a good idea to have a rental car place located in the body shop office. This body shop is very dishonest and has a reputation for holding up car repairs and customers being stuck with rental car bills. I hope that they arent in connection with the body shop for doing this. They would certainly profit from it if they were.

Drove from Alexandria, VA and rented a car because my husband would be in training and I wanted to have transportation the next day. I didn’t realize the reservation for a 3PM pickup was for pick up for 3 to 4 PM and upon arrival at 4:40 PM (traffic) they said they didn’t have a car for me. He called twice but never left a voicemail, never texted, and I got no email. So I guess now I’m in Richmond without a car. Unacceptable.

I do not recommend it, they do a terrible service. I made the reservation twice and when I arrived at the place they told me that they did not have a car for me. They have lied to me too much to the point that, they told me that they would call me on Saturday and on Saturday the place is closed

AJ was so awesome! He really helped me out. I am more than satisfied! I will definitely be back and will recommend Enterprise to others.
