My pickup agent was okay. The agent I dropped my car off to (4/5/21) was very rude. This place has no drop boxes and only one agent working. Don't try to do anything early morning expecting things to be quick. Waited for an hour to return my vehicle. Only reason this place doesn't get Zero stars is A. I can't give zero stars B. I was able to rent a car. The rest of the experience I can do without and will never use this company at this location ever again.nn150 a day for a Chevy Impala
I booked a rental last week to go to a funeral ! Went today to pick up the vehicle and the guy says I tried to call you and read the wrong number due to their error . Now I have no vehicle to travel and out of luck ! Poor customer service & lack of detail ! This place deserve 0 stars ud83dude2b
This place (and it's parking lot) is tiny and cramped with no amenities for the customers, they are always understaffed and running around hectic because of it. The one redeeming aspect is the really tall gentleman that has good customer service by having a good attitude.

Took a friend their to pick up car n Mista Barry White was very very nice. Don't know his government name so I Nick named him Barry White.
