Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The customer service I received here is superb! To be picked up to get my rental is one thing but to then be asked if I need a ride back to my destination is exceeding my expectations! The car I reserved was not available but that didn’t stop the reps from being more than accommodating to meet my needs and, the car I did receive was actually pretty dope despite it being quite the gas guzzler. I’d recommend this location to anyone, near or far and simply because I felt so welcomed and appreciated! Keep up the AMAZING work everyone!

I love the customer service, and the car was perfect the location close to my home and price was right. But the down fall is the security deposit was not returned as they say it will take 7-10 business days and nothing. I don’t like when people play with my money and I told them that after the cost of the rental was taken off my charge card and a hold for the deposit was still on my credit card. No more rental from them for me. I’m done.

They helpful and pleasant. Kept me informed for maintenance on the car so it can be inspected before problems arise. Will continue to use their services on the near future.

Something told me to not go to this location because there is always some type of issue and customer service is subpar. However, it’s the closet. I get there and there are no reservations. What a disappointment. I had a work engagement to be to and needed the car. I will not book with any enterprise again because they are unreliable and need to have a better system.
