I went to pick up my rental on 2/6 from Enterprise and was horrified that they wanna charge $400 deposits. No thanks! I decided to check with AVIS last minute and Love helped get me into a vehicle that would ensure my son and I could travel safely with the winter weather advisory. She was SO NICE and I would've hugged her if not for COVID. Her coworker was wearing a homemade mask with watercolor background and kitten faces. We talked for a few about how she made them. These ladies were so dang nice and have officially made me a longtime AVIS car customer. Thank you!

We had a good experience with Avis in Richmond, VA. The car was ready, clean and roomy. Pick up and drop off were very easy as the Avis cars are in a garage 100 yards from the baggage claim.

No hassel on your rental and no huge deposit if you book from booking.com. Cars have always been clean when I have rented. Pretty easy check in and pick up.

We were given a smoke-filled car. Then downgraded to a 2-wheel drive for a cross country drive across the Rockies during the winter.nWe were asked to pay a bribe of $200 to get a 4-wheel drive.nAfter not being able to get out of 3-inches of s ow we discovers the rear tires were COMPLETELY bald. We were told we’d need to pay someone to come fix the tires or cancel our vacation plans to ride with the tow truck driver to an undisclosed location for an undisclosed amount of turns to get the tires replaced.nWhen we turned in the car and told them about our issues they offers us $15 for our trouble.nInconsistent, unethical and unsafe vehicles, service and employees.
