Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible experience when trying to do the right thing over a cracked windshield. Happened one late evening, called the next morning requesting them to order new windshield & I would pay for it.nBut no way, they want to have my insurance policy, my HR Dept, I can’t pay for, I can’t even use the same company they use to replace the windshield because liability & damage claim not field out. (It’s the same company....)nSo I couldn’t save time, money or headaches.nnThis is where simple things become complicated, common sense is lost & people like me never wants to deal with a company like this.nnI’m calling out the Narrows VA branch for terrible customer service.

I reserved a rental car online from the Narrows location only to find out after getting there that they did not have any rental cars available. The first available rental that came in I was called and given the rental, which was truck that he let me have for the same price as the economy class. Great way to conduct business. I would definitely recommend the Narrows Enterprise location to anyone needing to rent a car.
