very worse service, confusing people and charging their money with out their approval.nPlease be careful! my 5 star goes their bad works and careless job, cheating my credit card ( with out asking - they charged my extra money )
Gave me an upgraded car for the same price because it was damaged. Walk through was maybe 15 seconds in a crowded parking lot. Then they filed a claim against me for the damages once I returned it. Be extremely detailed for pre checks and take pictures!
Rental was sent to and picked up at the auto body shop. Nice and convenient. Good services!
Skylar (Sky) provided the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and a great overall experience when it came to picking up our rental. Sky was efficient and timely, which we very much appreciated.
Recent experience with a week long rental was outstanding. The vehicle was exactly what we needed to carry our large family group and the staff at the local office was superb. I strongly recommend Enterprise when ever I am asked by friends and neighbors who I use for my rental needs. Great job by all!!
