So glad this location is open again after they closed during the peak of COVID. Staff is outstanding at this location and go out of their way to accommodate your needs and the cars are always very clean. This location can sometimes have limited selection of cars but in that case they will usually upgrade your rental, and I cant stress enough how great the staff is at this location, truly customer service experts! Out of all the locations in Lynchburg this one has become my first choice!

I originally wanted a 7-passenger van, thinking this would be great for what I needed. It was last minute so no vans were available at any of the Enterprises in the area. I was offered a Dodge pickup truck, which better suited my needs than the van. I was given the truck at the van rate along with quick service, secured gate access to leave my personal vehicle on the property. Thanks Chris and Josh for your help! The staff at this Enterprise location on Forest Road, Forest, VA has been exceptional. What I thought would be a 2-3 day rental actually turned into almost 3 weeks. Every time I would call to extend the time another 2 days, they were courteous and always asked if the car was performing well for me, and they also checked to make sure I still wanted to use the same credit card that I used initially. Very thorough. By the end of the 3 weeks, I felt like they were friends! Highly recommend.
