Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Over the years I have always rented from Enterprise, always had a great experience.

Even though my reservation was made over a week in advance, the vehicle was not available until 2 hours AFTER my reserved time and it was not the vehicle I requested. I was only give one key to the vehicle. The air conditioning went out on vehicle and I returned it two days early. They gave me a credit for 1 day on the return out of the 9 days I rented because they said there was nothing wrong with the AC. Good luck to the next person who gets the vehicle. Will not use Enterprise again.

Great service! Staff friendly and helpful. I even was upgraded to a minivan because only thing available and it was a new one. Very classy. I couldn't have asked for better service. I definitely recommend them.
