Budget Car Rental

I arrived early ( about 20 min)and she got a car ready for me asap and return was very easy and fast!!!

I find it very inexcusable and extremely disheartening that Budget does not make any rental agreement exceptions with the current state of the world. I rented a car on 12/24 to use on 12/25 to go visit my family. Unfortunately the night of the 24th I found out that 2 of my families members tested positive for covid and I would not be able to make the trip to them. Budget offered no refunds and wanted over $300 to change the drop off location! (Which was closer than the original drop off location.) This is ridiculous and I will never use this company again.
