Great Experience at the Altavista, Va location!! Ask for Ronnie!... He answered my questions and was honest!!...My rental was ready on time and the process was quick and easy!!

My rental vehicle got a flat tire over the weekend. I took it to this location today to ask what the protocol is for replacing flats. The worker at Enterprise told me that I was expected to return the vehicle in the same condition it was in when I received it and recommended a place in town where I could have the tire replaced. I took it so a shop and had it patched, but found the tire was flat again after I left for work. Next, I called a location in Lynchburg. The Wards road location told me that Enterprise has an agreement with Larry's on Candler's Mountain and I could take the vehicle there for repair AND suggested that I switch from an SUV to a compact car so that my insurance coverage will last longer. I am not sure why the Altavista location did not share this information with me.

The Altavista branch pulled through for me this week. They didn't have any cars available but made sure to have the size I needed. Then I got an upgrade of no extra charge due to them not able to get the correct size. I had great help! Will be going back!

Everything has been great until last Thursday when I called and the guy refused to let me book a car for the 8th. I was upset I called Fri thank God the good guy was there and he said he would talk to someone but I should get a free day for being treated bad
