Good price on local rentals! Hard to find rentals in my area & the 1800 workers have NO IDEA WHAT CARS ARE ACTUALLY AVAILABLE here. Drive to location if possible or call them directly! Clean car, fair deal WE USE THEM FOR EVERY RENTAL WE NEED

So glad Andrew was working at this location today.His customer service skills and can do attitude was Remarkable.After initial interaction in this office by another representative, Andrew made a fantastic service recovery. Five stars for Andrew.

I have used Enterprise for my rentals for several years. I have always had excellent experiences. This time was a bit disappointing. I asked for a all wheel or 4 wheel vehicle and was told one was not available. The gentleman working to counter was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. As he was alone, I was not able to have my vehicle delivered the day of my departure nor was I able to have the vehicle picked up upon my return. Both of these were not my usual experience with Enterprise. Once at our destination, I attempted to get to where we were staying and had to be pushed and pulled up a road that I was unable to pass. I planned to exchange the vehicle at my first opportunity which I did a couple of days into my trip. This office was total chaos. No one seemed to be able to do anything but guard the door. There were 4 associates 2 customers including myself and I had called she’s at least two hours before my arrival. The gentleman who waited on me was distracted, abrupt, and rushed through the process. I wanted to add my brother-in-law as a second driver for a couple of days. He could not give me a price, was very dismissive, and did not even go out with me to examine the vehicle. He just nodded and said it’s out there. When we got to it it was filthy. I took pictures. The windows were so dirty we had to wash them before we went too far. The mats inside were full of sand and gravel. This is not what I have come to expect from Enterprise. Upon my return, I found I had been charged for a second driver for 8 days! We were not even in the same state for two of those days and I only wanted him on there for two days. If this is policy, it was not explained to me. I will rent from Enterprise again because I have never had a disappointing experience until now. Recently had two different reservations a week apart be cancelled by Enterprise the day OF the reservation. One of which was made 5 days in advance. Both were the result of not having any vehicles available, even though their website allowed the reservations to be made and I recieved confirmation for both reservations. No accommodations were made, no attempts to find a vehicle for me at another location were made, no attempts to reschedule my reservation were made. 1 out of 5 stars because you can't rate lower.
