Had to rent a car last minute on a Saturday to go out of town. They were the only local rental company open on the weekend. The process was simple and at a very good price! Would recommend 10/10

Best price and good service, until I picked up the car. I was told there policy was NO Smoking and NO pets. I was glad to hear this. However; the car that was presented upon pick up smelled TERRIBLY of cigarette odor. She did not offer any other vehicle. She did offer to spray more air freshener which she did and suggested other ways to try the eliminate the smell. Because of my itinerary and pressed for time, I had no choice but to accept the offer. Very disappointed!!nI had reserved the car two months in advance and this was their best offer.

I like them because they accept everyone regardless their credit. All you need is a major credit card debit that is a local bank. And they give you a reasonable amount of miles. I looked at several other companies in the area and most of them wanted a credit report plus full coverage insurance. Which I don't know why I need a credit report I'm not buying the car.
