Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was rented a car through Enterprise of Staunton while my car was getting fixed in a local shop. And let me just say, Cheyenne was so helpful and such a nice and professional person. Something that I thought was going to be a headache, she made into such a great experience! Thanks again!

Absolutely awful customer experience from start to finish. Called to reserve a vehicle and was told that they were unsure of availability and that I needed to go into the location. Upon arrival, they tell me (with a bit of an attitude) that they can’t do bookings in person due to COVID. So why did the phone operator make me waste my time going down in person? After all this, we finally reserved a car for 12 today over the phone as we had originally attempted. The car was somehow not available by 12 after all and pushed back to 4PM. Now that I’ve gotten to the store to pick up the car, I’m told that the tiny chip missing out of the corner of my license makes it insufficient to rent a car even if I had other supporting identification. Why was my ID not checked any of the 4 other times I interacted with them? Why until the moment I arrive to pick up the car did not one person check my license or at least warn me of the policy prior to wasting my time and missing important appointments where I was planning on having a rental car. Had my car been available at 12 like originally scheduled, it wouldn’t have been such a big deal as the DMV would’ve been available to assist. I will do anything in my power to avoid using Enterprise again, but particularly this location which cannot stay organized or provide reasonable customer service.

I rented a vehicle through enterprise recently and was very very disappointed in the customer service. Rude employees and very disrespectful male that needs to learn how to talk to females as he kept shouting over me on the phone. I will not ever return to this location as long as the current employees work there. Also the tags were dead. Since Dec. The car was not clean and the windows looked foggy. Slacking rude staff...I will pass.
