The rating is not for the customer service but to the conpany.nThey need to have better consideration with their employees because I did a reservation for a small suv at HERTZ website and I arrived to the location and there was no car available.nAfter speaking with the customer service representative there, it was an error by the system allowing reservations without cars available.nThis is bad for the office because it will get customers upset at the representatives when is not their fault at all; they basically got setup for failure.
I have used them several times and always had great customer service and very helpful. Would recommend to everyone.
Nice and friendly in and out quickly
Very courteous service here and very good rates. We rented a van from South Carolina and stopped to Elizabethtown to drop off here in Kentucky. The staff provided a pleasant, smooth and straight-forward experience and a plus for the very competitive rates.
APRIL truly makes this place and as long as this beautiful woman is there. Hertz will have our bussiness. I would have given it a 5 star but the 800 number people are aggravating and some of the other people who work at this location aren't as knowledgeable.YOUR AMAZING APRIL you make that placeud83dude18
