Absolutely terrible! Don’t know how a dent got on the side door, and by dent I mean it looked like someone came by and bumped into my car, as in their body, not an actual car. Their employee and I chuckled as to how it was even noticed. Wanted to pay out of pocket thinking they were just going to pop it out quick and then I get a $900 bill, It’s insane! I didn’t know how it got there, the guy even said it wouldn’t be that much before I signed anything, and they smack me with that bill of insanity! Just strait rob you for anything they can get you with!nnAdd on update- emailed Ebony who commented below 2 weeks ago to try to resolve the issue, still no contact with me. Is there a way I can give the customer service center 1 star?

Very overpriced. A few years ago I rented a lot of cars from Enterprise in the $35 range. Now a low end car was $87 for a day. That is a huge increase. Also, no one reviewed any features in the car. They did a great job of preparing and cleaning the car before releasing it to me.Everyone was nice. Overall the value was not there for the price. Enterprise used to be a fantastic value.

used them only twice in which i had no choice. the first car was a nissan altima which smelled of cigarettes with ashes littered everywhere the transmission blew trying to get my car back from the dealer after an accident. they told me i was responsible for the tow and after fighting with them they towed the rental and me to boston from ashland. all day excursion. second time i returned the rental asked them twice to email me with the info of payment and billing. to no avail. i will never use enterprise ever again after these two ordeals. your customer serves is shotty to say the least.

I just rented a car for over a month last month. This month I go to rent a car from the same place and apparently I cannot because I use only cash and prepaid card because companies add charges on and take what they want. Enterprise rent a car u just lost my business. I've used your services many times for long periods of times. I have spent thousands with your company. You just lost a very loyal customer.

Workers, Shane and Kevin. A+ workers. Very attentive and excellent service. Every other worker I didn’t get the name of also was very friendly. Always had a car for me. I highly recommend this place.
