All employees do their best to arrive safely, on time (very difficult with traffic/road construction/accidents and clients sometimes not being ready upon arrival), interacting with the general public has many challenges and the schedulers, dispatchers and drivers do their best to be respectful, understanding and accommodating.

Mart provides a valuable service. In my experience, most Transportation companies do a good job, but when one does not, mart does not address it.nnIn my case , one of the transportation companies is in effect harassing me by signing up to pick me up for a recurring therapy and not showing up, but claiming that I was a no-show. They have done it repeatedly, possibly to get even with me after I complained about them being late or their car being unsafe. After they started leaving me stranded , I have complained several times.All I have asked is for mart to block that specific company from picking my rides, but they do nothing about it. I really feel helpless.nnThe long wait issue seems to have gotten better, down from around 1 hour to around 15 minutes, in the average.

I fear calling about my schedule because they're pretty rude, or they act like you're suppose to have some scripted response to them. The driver picks me up either 10 minutes early and drives around for a half hour with just me in the bus when my stop is barely 8 minutes away, or I get picked up on time and still dropped off in a 20 minute ride instead of the 10 minute. If I'm the only one on the bus, why should I have to wake an hour earlier just so I can be bounced around in the bus for longer than I need to be?

The worse place to work, lots of favoritism. Not everyone stay more then 6 month ppl come and go. They don’t even have control of the call they spend more time looking at ppl break when they pass 30 sec and not making improvements. Ppl that calls complain of the wait

Worst transportation scheduling company for masshealth rides ever, 2 hours wait time on phone to get thru, hire more people for crying out loud. Also terrible for filing complaints against drivers with as well, they take no action.
