Thrifty Car Rental

We recently rented a car from the Spokane International Airport( Spokane, Washington) and were beyond happy! Jermey helped us with check in and check out and was beyond helpful and efficient. We will definitely be using Thrifty again specifically because of the costumer service that was brought to us by Jeremy at the front desk and as the attendant at drop-off. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience:)

Specifically reserved a 5 door car to be able to put my scooter in the back as I'm disabled. We had to stand outside on the 3rd floor waiting to get service. 45 min later we get to the window and that gining all out info to the girl. We pass on the fuel and the insurance as our insurance will cover everything. We also pass on the extra driver because our insurance covers us both no matter what car we drive so we don't need to pay foe an extra driver either. The chick behind the window asked me what insurance I have. I rent cars here twice a month for over a year now and no one has asked what my insurance is.nSo we get done and head for the car. When we see the car, it's not a 5 door but a 4 door..And guess what, my scooter won't fit in the trunk! So back to the window. Some old lady comes out and says she can get a 5 door cleaned up and we can have that one. Ok so we wait longer.nThis hagg brought us a tinny 5 door car not much bigger than a smart car. I ask if it's the same price as the one we just rented. Nope, it's way less, so she offers a half tank off when we bring it back.nMeanwhile, my husband opened the hatchback and says he can't even fit my scooter in the back, even if he takes it apart.nSo in short, if you are disabled, do not rent from Thrifty. They will insult you and then nstill charge you for the bigger car but you still won't be able to get your equipment in the car.nSo, I went to the front window and asked for my original papers for the 4 door. Opened the back door and shoved my scooter in on the back seat. They will just have to clean the seats now.nNever again will I rent from Thrifty.

Over charge and misguide. Not a good fit.
