Car won't start, test before delivery
Great service. I've been renting from Enterprise since 2011 and I havs always had a good experience. Any time I need a car, I will go to Enterprise knowing that I'll have a good experience every time.
The worst customer service of any rental car place I have ever experienced. Waited almost an hour for them to pick me up at a body shop and when I called they told me they forgot. Then the next day when I tried again they had no one to pick me up. Stay clear of this place!
High marks for being on time and friendly, prompt service. I had to knock off some stars because the outside of the vehicle was dirty to the extent that I had to clean it before driving it. Few examples: Someone had taped something to the inside of the windshield, and the residue tape was still there. There was dust on the inside, which I pointed out. Dirt and dried grass in the cargo area. All of the windows had dried hard-water residue on them that I could feel as well as see.
Treated very professionally and given some reprieve in a difficult situation. They were empathetic and helped me when I was without a car. I highly recommend this place.
