Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We got completely let down by Hertz just down the street who didn't reserve a car for us days in advance. We called enterprise and asked for a certain type of car, which they assured us they had. When we got to Enterprise, they didn't have that car, but did give us a huge SUV. The customer service was excellent, it was so relieving to have a car given to us, and the car was great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the same problem Hertz has. There needs to be a system wide program that accurately tells customers what cars are in the lot at a given time. I know this would be difficult, but absolutely worth the time and money.

Once I tried Enterprise, I have not used any other rent a car place. They are quick and easy and prices are decent. They will even come pick you up if you don't live to far away. They even gave me a ride home after dropping off the car. I asked for an economy car but they had run out of them so I got a free upgrade to a sweet sports car. ;)

Rental was covered by car insurance benefit. Insurance called today to let me know that the rental benefit expired several days ago and that I'd owe out of pocket for everything since. Car rental place was supposed to contact me about next steps before expiry but did not -- even though they insisted on taking every possible form of contact info before letting me drive away with the car. They just sent a request for more money to insurance, which is how I found out at all. Enterprise staff member was so sorry to hear about the communication failure but still charged for the extra days... cried all the way to the bank, no doubt. Car was great, but buyer beware.

Our car broke down without any warning and we were stranded. We looked online and couldn't get a rental until the next day. We called Enterprise and were told that they could get us into a vehicle right away. We got an Uber and headed over there to get a rental. We rented for a week not knowing the situation with the car. The breakdown was minor and we were able to get our car the very next day. Enterprise was very kind and cancelled the rest of our reservation and sent a refund to our account. This is why we love Enterprise!

I always use Enterprise for my car rental needs. The staff is friendly and the cars are always clean and very nice. This time I had to use them because my car was totaled in an accident and my car insurance actually sent me to them and I was very happy about that! The staff was very sympathetic towards me and I appreciated that. The car smelled weird this time though, a little smokey and something else I couldn't quite put my finger on so I informed them, then just purchased a bunch of car aroma products. After a few days it was fine. Weird. I will never go anywhere else to rent a car!
