Who knew renting a car could leave you feeling so blessed? 🙂 Juan is awesome! He absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. We have rented a car there 3 times and that's been our experience each time. I MOST HIGHLY recommend renting there and working with Juan!
Juan was AMAZING!!! He searched high and low to get us the exact car we were looking for and totally delivered! We’ve rented there many times and will definitely be back time and time again!
Imagine booking a 26 foot truck 6 weeks in advance to move your family out of one house, drive 700 miles across the country, and into another house. Imagine hiring movers and getting the whole 4 bedroom house packed and ready, twin babies and all. Then imagine getting to the truck rental place at the scheduled time on a Saturday, only to find a paper taped to the door and sharpie saying “closed until Monday.” Imagine calling customer service who says “sorry we can’t help you. He’s an independent contractor and he chose to go on vacation and not alert customers, there’s nothing we can do.” Imagine seeing the trucks right behind a gated fence and not being able to get it. And calling him over and over, even his cell, and getting nothing.
And then imagine having every truck in the region booked, and having to drop thousands of dollars kore on another rental truck 150 miles away and the absolutely mad dash to load it and get out of your house, and the chaotic domino effect that took place after with other previously scheduled events.
If you’d like to avoid that, go somewhere else and give your business to someone who cares.
We love budget. They've always been very accommodating and if they don't have the vehicle we reserved they've always given us a free upgrade. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Just a really good experience. We ended up at the American Fork offices time and very nice gentleman that was Manning the counter this time just absolutely.
Excellent service. A big shoutout to Juan, he was awesome to work with and kept in contact with me every step of the way. I was able to get the car I needed when I needed it. Gustavo also provided excellent service when I came to pick up the car. It was a smooth process and we were on the road in no time. I would definitely rent from them again.
