my dog was bleeding extensively from her ear after hooking it on barbed wire. Called this clinic to get her stiches asap. I came in and no one was here. waited 30 minutes, and the vet finally showed up. Told us to go find another pet clinic because there were more prioritized things than a hurt ear. She nearly died from blood loss because we had to rush her to another clinic. She ended up needing over 28 stiches. This place nearly cost me my dog.
I went there to put my old dog to sleep Giving him the shot messed up twice and the needle popped off. Upsetting the dog. Next time I will request that the dog gets a relaxant. I've been to the vet before with another dog for stitches in his pa and the vet was a five star.
We had to put our dog down, they were caring and explained everything that was happening. They were so nice and understanding with us. I'd go there again
