Reserved a 7 passenger mini-van for a trip. Wanted an 8 passenger, but was told they wouldn't have any available. This reservation was more than a month in advance.nnShowed up at 11am as scheduled on the day of the pickup. Pulled in the lot and guess what I didn't see? Yep, a mini-van. Greeted the enterprise representative. It was at this time she informed us that they didn't have any mini-vans, but they took the liberty to upgrade us to a expedition. Which wasn't there yet, but should be shortly we were told. Which it did arrive while we discussed the details. They informed us that it would be ready in 15mins. I personally felt that this wasn't adequate time to sanitize, clean, and inspect the vehicle. I was getting the impression, from our experience up to this point, that it would get a dose of febreze and we would get the keys. No thanks. We decided to keep our $400. and use our own vehicle on our trip.

Very easy transaction. I reserved an intermediate SUV online. I was contacted a few days prior to confirm the reservation. When I arrived at Enterprise they had the type & size of vehicle I requested ready to go. Everything was processed quickly & I was out with my rental in just a few short minutes. Very nice ride with no problems. Once returned, my deposit was refunded within 48 hours. I could not be happier with my experience.

Picked up my rental today staff was friendly and informative. Good service but the cat I got was not cleaned very good. Chip bags under the seat and what appeared to be dried food on the Seats. Could have been a lot cleaner inside. I cleaned it when I got home and Satanized the inside. This car must have slipped threw the cracks or something when it was suppose to be cleaned. Check the car out inside before you take it to make sure your not hauling someone else’s stuff around.
