Budget Car Rental

Rented an SUV for my mother in law coming into town. It was an altogether great experience. John helped us out and he was very friendly and polite. Nice guy. The car was awesome. Will definitely come back here next time to rent a car.

Quick and easy pickup and drop off. Tire pressure was low when we picked up the vehicle. They took it over to the service area, added air and on our way!

Very friendly rep. Got me in quick and placed into a vehicle. The only thing was we didn't see anyone there outside so we could do an inspection on the vehicle because the tire was constantly low and we had to air up all the time going towards Moab and back. I even stopped at a Grand Junction Budget to fill the tires and they did a check over.nnI am still waiting for a charge to fall off yet. I am hoping they did not charge me for the Altima when the car was already paid in points. Maybe this is the deposit.

I had a problem with the AC on my out of state rental. The gent at this office swapped out that car for a replacement in minutes. Great service!

The entire experience was great. The front desk clerk was beyond courteous and extremely helpful! I will definitely use Budget again in the future.
