Very friendly, fast and good customer service. Much cheaper option than airport!
Friendly and efficient. Had no trouble getting through to the branch when I phoned ahead with a query. We were in transit from the UK and the lady at Grand Junction Valley Plaza was extremely helpful, excellent, friendly and efficient customer service both from her and the courtesy driver. With the best rental companies, the cars and deals are broadly the same, it's the customer service that sets them apart.
The young lady at the counter was awesome
Okay had issues with cruise and four drive on 2019 Pathfinder....nice unit but...
Nice customer service at the pickup as well as the reservations line. The vehicle ended up being an upgrade for lack of availability, which was nice, though it was a bit dirty. Overall good experience.
