Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great team at this location. We had to deal with a claim through a dealership and they handled the whole thing. Great customer service and great communication. Months later, Enterprise corporate sent me a bill for $600. Called the local office and DJ took care of it right away and followed up with me in under a few hours. Solid team.

Totalled out my VW and they had a car ready to go ASAP!! Helpful and all staff was wearing masks and social distancing!!!

The staff was great and very helpful with my situation. Immediately got me a vehicle for my use. The manager, Tyler, made sure that all my needs where met and even gave me his card and told me to call him directly, for anything else I might need. Thank you for making my time easier.

At 8:30 am on Tuesday I had someone nail the back of my car that sent me into the back of a semi and left my car totally incapacitated for my drive home to Grand Junction Colorado. After spending the majority of my day fighting with insurance companies and trying to figure out how I would be getting home without any avail, Ryan, Tyler, and Doug were able to help get me into the rental I needed while my car is being repaired. Today has probably been one of the most chaotic days and these gentleman helped make it so much easier and relieved so much stress off my shoulders. If anyone needs a rental I HIGHLY recommend this enterprise as these guys really care about their guests and what they’re doing. Thank you endlessly for everything it’s really made this so much more manageable when it felt overwhelming. Thank you!

Needed a vehicle for a week long road trip. Called ahead and confirmed that a vehicle would be available for my trip mid week. Was called the afternoon before my trip to be told I could not get a vehicle until Tuesday despite calling ahead to verify and confirm details on my reservation days before my trip. They say they are a family owned company and they treat people right. With this kind of customer service dropping the ball on customers at last minute before plans made several days in advance it would seem this isn't so.
