Absolutely awful company! I made a reservation 2 months in advance, paid for and everything. Then a couple of hours before I was ready to leave the call and tell me no cars are available. Who runs a business like that! That was going to be my first time renting with them, but they can expect to never obtain business from me, my family, or friends.
Had a problem with the reservation that was NOT Hertz's fault. Dylan took care of it and we were on our way. Very satisfied!
The folks at Tackett's are great! They really care about the customer. Fast, friendly, hometown service. You can't beat that!
Absolutely the most awful experience I've ever had dealing with a car rental company! Said they had a car waiting drive 45 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have anything. Called for 2 days straight and no one answered the phone! Whoever is running that place needs fired! What a joke of a business!
